What we collect
Sellers: email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and any business name, contact name, phone and location you add. Buyers: the name, email, phone and message you submit in a contact form. Listings: the details and photos you upload.
How we use it
To publish your listings, to pass buyer inquiries to the relevant seller, to review listings for compliance, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.
Who can see what
Approved listings are public. Buyer inquiries are visible only to the seller of that listing and to the Bizjunk team. Your account email is never shown on a public listing page.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting and database provider, protected by row-level access rules so sellers can only reach their own records. Photos are served through time-limited private links.
Retention
Listings and inquiries are kept while your account is active. Ask us to close your account and we will delete your listings and personal details, except records we must keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your listings at any time from your dashboard, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure.
