Terms of Service

1. What Bizjunk is

Bizjunk is a listing platform for used business equipment. We are not the seller, the buyer, an agent, an auctioneer or an escrow service. Every sale is a direct agreement between the buyer and the seller.

2. Seller accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorised to sell the equipment you list. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may only create, edit or delete your own listings.

3. Listing review

All listings are reviewed before publication. We may decline, edit or remove any listing, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly breach these terms.

4. Prohibited items

• Firearms, ammunition and weapons of any kind
• Prescription drugs, controlled substances or vaping products
• Hazardous chemicals, asbestos or unlabelled compressed gas
• Recalled, counterfeit or stolen equipment
• Medical devices that require a licensed buyer (implants, imaging, lasers)
• Equipment containing customer data that has not been wiped
• Live animals, food inventory or anything perishable

5. Data on equipment

Sellers of computers, servers, POS systems, copiers and any device with storage must permanently erase all business and customer data before listing, and must confirm this when submitting the listing.

6. Payment, pickup and freight

Bizjunk does not process payments or handle goods. Price, payment method, inspection, pickup window and freight arrangements are agreed directly between the parties.

7. No warranties

Equipment is sold as-is unless the seller states otherwise in writing. Bizjunk makes no warranty about condition, fitness for purpose, title or legal compliance of any item.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizjunk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from any transaction, listing or inquiry made through the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Bizjunk after an update means you accept the revised terms.
